From Matsushima-Kaigan Station, it's a 5-10 minute walk to the sightseeing boat terminal. Follow the signs towards the waterfront and the Matsushima Rest House. Alternatively, take the JR Senseki Line to Hon-Shiogama Station and then transfer to a cruise departing from Shiogama Pier (Marine Gate Shiogama). The pier is a 10-15 minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station. Costs: * JR Senseki Line from Sendai to Matsushima-Kaigan: ~410 yen. * JR Senseki Line from Sendai to Hon-Shiogama: ~240 yen.
