From Morioka Station, take bus number 307 from bus stop 11 towards Takamatsu-no-ike-guchi. The ride takes approximately 15 minutes, and the park is directly in front of the bus stop. The fare is approximately ¥270.

From Morioka Station, it is approximately a 40-minute walk to Takamatsu Park. Head north from the station and follow the main road. The park will be on your left, past the Iwate Prefectural Museum.
