Getting There

  • Train

    If you are starting from Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Ueno. After 3 stops, get off at Akihabara Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for the Electric Town exit. As you leave the station, you will find yourself on Chuo-dori Street.

  • Walking

    From Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit, turn right and walk along Chuo-dori Street for about 5 minutes. Look for the large, colorful buildings on your left. You will see Akiba Cultures Zone at 1 Chome-7-6 Sotokanda, which will be on your left side. It is a multi-story building, so you will be able to recognize it easily.

  • Subway

    Alternatively, if you are near Shinjuku, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (red line) to Otemachi Station, then transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line (silver line) and take it to Akihabara Station. Follow the same walking directions from the station exit to reach Akiba Cultures Zone.

  • Bus

    If you want to take a bus, you can board a Toei Bus from various locations in Tokyo that head towards Akihabara. Disembark at the Akihabara stop, which is a short walk from the Akiba Cultures Zone. Head towards Chuo-dori Street and follow the previously mentioned walking directions.
