Getting There

    Start your journey at Tokyo Station. Take the Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ikebukuro. Transfer at Kachidoki Station, and switch to the Toei Oedo Line (Pink Line) towards Higashi-Ōsaka. Get off at Koto Station. Exit the station and walk south on Koto Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Basho Memorial Hall at 1 Chome-6-3 Tokiwa, Koto City.
