If you are starting from Shinjuku Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Shibuya. Get off at Harajuku Station, which is the 3rd stop. Upon exiting the station, turn left and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Meiji Dori. Cross the street and continue walking straight.

If you are near Shibuya, you can take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Get off at Omotesando Station. From there, take Exit A2 and walk straight for about 10 minutes along Omotesando Avenue, then turn left onto Meiji Dori. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1 Chome Jingumae.
