Take the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line from any station heading towards Naka-Meguro. Transfer at Ueno Station to the JR Yamanote Line towards Tokyo Station. Get off at Tokyo Station and transfer to the JR Chuo Line (Rapid Service) heading towards Takao. Get off at Ochanomizu Station. From Ochanomizu Station, take the JR Chuo-Sobu Line towards Mitaka and get off at Akihabara Station. Finally, walk towards Higashi Hongan-ji located at 1 Chome-5-5 Nishiasakusa, which is about a 20-minute walk from Akihabara.
