From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro. Ride for 6 stops and get off at Hikarigaoka Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for the East Exit. Once you arrive at the East Exit, turn left and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Hikarigaoka Park on your right.

If you are at Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line and transfer at Ikebukuro Station. From Ikebukuro Station, switch to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Hikarigaoka. Travel for 3 stops and disembark at Hikarigaoka Station. After exiting the East Exit, turn left and walk approximately 500 meters to reach the park entrance on your right.
