    Subway

    From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ikebukuro. Change at Tokyo Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (Light Blue Line) towards Asakusa. Get off at Asakusa Station. Exit from Exit 1, and you will see Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate) directly in front of you.

    Train

    From Tokyo Station, take the JR Sobu Line (Rapid) towards Chiba. Get off at Kinshicho Station. Transfer to the Hanzomon Line (Light Purple Line) heading towards Shibuya. Change at Oshiage Station to the Toei Asakusa Line towards Asakusa. Get off at Asakusa Station. After exiting from Exit 1, Kaminarimon will be just a short walk ahead.

    Bus

    If you are in the Ueno area, take the Toei Bus from Ueno Station (Platform 1) on the 'Kameido' line. Get off at the 'Kaminarimon' bus stop. You will be just a few steps away from the entrance of Kaminarimon.
