From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ikebukuro. Change at Tokyo Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (Light Blue Line) towards Asakusa. Get off at Asakusa Station. Exit from Exit 1, and you will see Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate) directly in front of you.
