Start your journey from Tokyo Station. Take the JR Saikyo Line towards Omiya and get off at Kawagoe Station. The trip takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Kawagoe Station, exit the station and look for the East Exit. Exit the station and you will see a bus terminal.

From Kawagoe Station East Exit, take the Seibu Bus bound for 'Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine'. The bus ride lasts about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule as buses may not run frequently. Get off at the 'Hikawa Shrine' bus stop, which is located very close to the shrine.
