After exiting, you will see the famous Hachiko statue. From there, walk straight towards Shibuya Scramble Crossing and cross the street. After crossing, you will see a large building called Shibuya Scramble Square on your right. NHK Plus Cross Shibuya is located on the 14th floor of this building.
