Train
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Sobu Line (Rapid) towards Chiba. Get off at Kinshicho Station (approximately 20 minutes). Once you exit the station, head east towards the Kinshicho intersection. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Sumida City area. Turn left onto Bunka Street, and after about 300 meters, you will find the park at 1 Chome-27-5 Bunka, Sumida City.
Subway
If you are near Shinjuku, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Shinjuku-sanchome Station. Transfer to the Toei Shinjuku Line and take a train towards Motohasunuma. Get off at Oshiage Station (about 20 minutes). From the station, exit via the A2 exit and head north on the main road. After about a 10-minute walk, turn right on Bunka Street, and the park will be on your left at 1 Chome-27-5 Bunka, Sumida City.
Bus
From Asakusa Station, take the Toei Bus (Koto Loop) which goes towards Shin-Kiba. Get off at the Bunka 1-chome stop (around 15 minutes). From there, walk west on Bunka Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the park located at 1 Chome-27-5 Bunka, Sumida City.

If you are in the vicinity of Tokyo Skytree, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the park. Head west from the Skytree towards the Sumida River. Walk alongside the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Bunka Street. Continue walking straight, and after approximately 1 kilometer, you will see the park on your right at 1 Chome-27-5 Bunka, Sumida City.
