The theater has two performance spaces: the main 600-seat Setagaya Public Theatre and the smaller 218-seat Theatre Tram. In addition to the two performance spaces, the theater also has rehearsal rooms, workshops, and sound studios. The Setagaya Public Theatre is a non-profit theater funded by the city of Setagaya. Since 2002, Mansai Nomura has served as the artistic director. The Setagaya Public Theatre also holds creative workshops and outreach programs to schools in the Setagaya area.
