Take the JR Yamanote Line to Ueno Station. From Tokyo Station, the ride is about 5 minutes and costs 170 JPY. From Shibuya Station, the ride is about 25 minutes and costs 210 JPY. Exit the station through the Park Exit and follow the walking directions to Shinobazu Pond.
