If you are in central Tokyo, take the Yamanote Line train from Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station. Board a train heading towards Ikebukuro Station. The journey will take about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Ikebukuro Station, follow the signs to the East Exit.
