From Shinjuku Station, the Toei Oedo Line provides direct access in about 9 minutes. Once at Roppongi Station, follow signs to the designated meeting point, usually a short walk from the station exit. A single subway fare within central Tokyo costs between ¥170-¥210.

Taxis are readily available throughout Tokyo, including near major stations like Tokyo Station and Shinjuku Station. A taxi from Tokyo Station to the Roppongi area typically takes around 20 minutes and costs approximately ¥2,500-¥3,100. From Shinjuku Station, a taxi ride is shorter, around 15 minutes, with a fare of approximately ¥2,200-¥2,700. Note that fares may increase by 20% during nighttime hours (10 PM to 5 AM).
