Subway
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line towards Soga. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at Shin-Toyosu Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the east exit. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Toyosu PIT. Follow the signs for Toyosu and cross the main road; you'll see Toyosu PIT on your left at 6 Chome-1-23 Toyosu.

If you are near Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Tokyo Station. Then switch to the JR Keiyo Line and follow the same directions as above to Shin-Toyosu Station. After exiting the station, walk east for about 10 minutes to reach Toyosu PIT.

From Ginza Station, take the Toei Bus bound for Toyosu and get off at the Toyosu PIT stop. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Upon disembarking, you'll see Toyosu PIT directly in front of you at 6 Chome-1-23 Toyosu.

If you are at Ueno Station, take the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to Kasumigaseki Station, then transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line to Shin-Toyosu Station. After exiting, walk east for about 10 minutes to reach Toyosu PIT.
