Train
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line towards Soga. Get off at Shinkiba Station (approximately 15 minutes). At Shinkiba Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and take the train towards Shin-Kiba. Get off at Shin-Kiba Station. From Shin-Kiba Station, take Exit 1 and follow the signs for the Wakasu Seaside Park which is approximately a 20-minute walk. Head southeast on the road and follow the waterfront to reach the park.

From Shibuya Station, take the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line towards Oshiage. Change at Oshiage Station to the Toei Asakusa Line and take the train towards Nishi-Magome. Get off at Kiba Station. From Kiba Station, take Exit 2 and walk straight for about 15 minutes following Kiba Park until you reach Wakasu Seaside Park.
