Train
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line towards Soga. Get off at Shinkiba Station (approximately 15 minutes). From Shibuya Station, take the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line towards Oshiage. Change at Oshiage Station to the Toei Asakusa Line and take the train towards Nishi-Magome. Get off at Kiba Station. From Kiba Station, take Exit 2 and walk straight for about 15 minutes following Kiba Park until you reach Wakasu Seaside Park.
