Public Transport
From Shinjuku Station, take the Keio Line to Keio Yomiuriland Station. From there, you can take the Sky Shuttle gondola or the Yomi01 bus to the park. The train ride is approximately 30 minutes, and the bus or gondola takes about 5-10 minutes. The train fare is around ¥290-¥420. The Sky Shuttle gondola costs ¥400 for adults and ¥300 for children. The Yomi01 bus costs around ¥210.
Taxi
From Inagi Big Bridge, Yomiuri Land is approximately 2 km away and is accessible by car via the Chuo Expressway Inagi Interchange on Shuto Expressway's Route 4. A taxi from Inagi to Yomiuri Land will cost approximately ¥1,500 - ¥2,000. Keep in mind that traffic conditions may affect the final fare. There are paid parking facilities available inside and near the amusement park.
