To reach Yoyogi National Olympic Stadium from Shinjuku, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Shibuya. After 2 stops, get off at Yoyogi Station. Exit the station through the West Exit, and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You'll see the stadium on your right.

From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line towards Shibuya. After about 20 minutes and 5 stops, get off at Yoyogi Station. Use the West Exit and walk straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the stadium, which will be on your right.
