To reach Yoyogi National Olympic Stadium from Shinjuku, take the JR Yamanote Line (green line) towards Shibuya. After 2 stops, get off at Yoyogi Station. Exit the station through the West Exit, and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You'll see the stadium on your right.
