Getting There

• Train

  If you are near Tokyo Station, take the Marunouchi Line to Kasumigaseki Station. From Kasumigaseki, transfer to the Hibiya Line and head to Roppongi Station. Upon exiting Roppongi Station, take Exit 1C towards Roppongi Hills, then walk straight until you reach the intersection. Take a right onto the road leading to Motoazabu and continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Azabu Hikawa Shrine, located at 1 Chome-4-23 Motoazabu.

• Subway

  From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro. Get off at Akasaka-mitsuke Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the Ginza Line towards Shibuya and get off at Roppongi Station. Exit the station via Exit 1C and walk straight, following the directions to Roppongi Hills. Continue straight until you reach the intersection, then turn right onto Motoazabu Street. Azabu Hikawa Shrine will be on your left after about a 10-minute walk.

• Bus

  From Tokyo Tower, take the Toei Bus Shiodome Line (Bus No. 01) towards Roppongi. Get off at the Motoazabu 2-chome stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see Azabu Hikawa Shrine on your right at 1 Chome-4-23 Motoazabu.

• Walking

  If you are staying in the Azabu area, you can easily walk to Azabu Hikawa Shrine. Just head towards Motoazabu from your accommodation and look for local signs pointing to the shrine. The shrine is located at 1 Chome-4-23 Motoazabu, and you should expect a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes through the neighborhood.
