If you're starting from Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (red line) towards Ikebukuro. Travel for 6 stops and get off at Ueno Station. After exiting the ticket gates, follow the signs to the Ueno Park exit. Once outside, walk straight ahead through Ueno Park, and you will find the Cenotaph for the Tokyo Raid located at 18 Uenokoen, Taito City, Tokyo 110-0007, approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.

Train

From Tokyo Station, board the JR Yamanote Line (green line) heading towards Ueno. After 3 stops, disembark at Ueno Station. Exit the station and head towards Ueno Park. Walk straight through the park, following the paths, and you will arrive at the Cenotaph for the Tokyo Raid located at 18 Uenokoen, Taito City, Tokyo 110-0007. The walk should take around 10 to 15 minutes.

Bus

From Asakusa Station, take the Toei Bus (Line R01) towards Ueno Station. Get off at the Ueno Park stop. From there, walk into Ueno Park and follow the paths that lead towards the center of the park.
