Subway
From Shinjuku Station, take the Marunouchi Line (red line) towards Ogikubo. Get off at the next stop, which is Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. Exit the station and head south on Shinjuku Gyoen Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Yasukuni Dori. Turn right onto Yasukuni Dori and continue walking straight until you reach the Kabukicho area.

Once you arrive in Kabukicho, walk along the main street (Kabukicho Street) towards the Godzilla Head. You will see the towering Godzilla Head on top of the Toho Cinemas Shinjuku building. Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from Shinjuku Station West Exit, take the Toei Bus bound for 'Shinjuku Gyoen' or 'Koshigaya Station' and get off at the 'Shinjuku 5-chome' stop. From there, walk towards Kabukicho, which is about a 5-7 minute walk. As you approach Kabukicho, you will see the Toho Cinemas building with the Godzilla Head.
