Train
If you are near Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) and ride for two stops to Ochanomizu Station. Once you arrive, exit from the 'Ochanomizu' exit. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes on the main road until you reach Manseibashi Bridge, which will be visible ahead.
Subway
If you are at Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro and get off at Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Asakusa, getting off at Ochanomizu Station. If you are in the vicinity of Chiyoda Ward, you can walk to Manseibashi Bridge. For example, if you are near the Imperial Palace, head east towards Chidorigafuchi and then walk straight towards the Kanda River, where the bridge is located. It should take about 20 minutes on foot.
