Getting There

  • Train

    From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (Green Line) and travel towards Shinagawa Station. After 15 minutes, get off at Shinagawa Station. Transfer to the Toei Mita Line and take the train heading towards Nishi-Takashimadaira. Get off at Shirokanedai Station after 3 stops. After exiting the station, head south and walk straight for about 10 minutes to reach Myōen-ji at 3 Chome-17-5 Shirokanedai.

    From Tokyo Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Red Line) to Kasumigaseki Station. Transfer to the Hibiya Line (Silver Line) and head towards Naka-Meguro. Get off at Kamiyacho Station after 5 stops. Exit the station and walk east for approximately 15 minutes. You will find Myōen-ji at 3 Chome-17-5 Shirokanedai.

    From the Tokyo Tower, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Tokyo Tower'. Take the Toei Bus (都06) heading towards Shirokanedai. Stay on the bus for about 12 minutes and get off at 'Shirokanedai' bus stop. Walk for about 5 minutes to the north, and you will reach Myōen-ji at 3 Chome-17-5 Shirokanedai.

    If you are in the vicinity of Roppongi, walk towards the east for about 15-20 minutes. Head towards Azabu-Juban and then continue straight until you reach Shirokanedai. Myōen-ji will be on your left at 3 Chome-17-5 Shirokanedai.
