Getting There

Subway

If you are starting from Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro. Transfer at Shinjuku-sanchome Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Board the train towards Asakusa Station. After about 20 minutes, get off at Asakusa Station. Use Exit A1, and you will find yourself on the bustling streets of Asakusa.
Walking

From Asakusa Station Exit A1, proceed straight down the main street, Nakamise Dori, which leads directly to Sensōji Temple. Chingodō is located just a short walk past the main temple. Follow the crowd and enjoy the various shops and street food along the way. After you reach Sensōji, Chingodō is located at 2 Chome-3-12 Asakusa, Taito City, which is adjacent to the temple.
Bus

If you prefer to take a bus, from Tokyo Station, board a Toei Bus bound for Asakusa (you can find the bus stop near the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station). The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Asakusa stop, then walk towards the Sensōji Temple area, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
