Walking
If you are in Odaiba, the Rainbow Bridge Observation Deck is within walking distance. Start from the Odaiba Seaside Park (お台場海浜公園). Walk towards the beach area, keeping the waterfront on your left. Follow the path along the water until you reach the entrance of the Rainbow Bridge. The observation deck is located at the end of the bridge, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the park.

Public Transport - Train
Take the Yurikamome Line from any station in Odaiba. Board the train at either the Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station or the Daiba Station. Ride the train towards Shimbashi Station and get off at the Shimbashi Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at Hamamatsucho Station. From there, follow the signs to the Rainbow Bridge, which will lead you to the observation deck. Please note that the total travel time is about 30-40 minutes, and the ticket price for the Yurikamome Line is around ¥320.
