If you are driving to SamPotei, start from Yakushima Airport or the main ferry terminal in Miyanoura. From the airport, take Route 104 heading south towards Anbo. If you’re at the ferry terminal, head north on Route 111, then turn onto Route 104. Continue on Route 104 for approximately 15-20 minutes. Look for the signs pointing to Anbo. SamPotei is located at 2364-17 Anbo, which you will find on your left. There is parking available nearby.
