Follow the main road from the station, and then turn towards the less crowded streets of Kawakami. Look for signs pointing towards the museum. From Yufuin Station Bus Center, take the Kamenoi Bus 36 bound for Beppu Station West Exit and get off at the 'Takemoto' bus stop. From there, it is a short walk to the Dorudonyu Museum. The bus ride is approximately 15 minutes. Bus fare is around ¥270.
