If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Yufuin. Head southwest on Route 210, following signs for Yufuin Onsen. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn right onto Yufuincho Kawakami. Continue for about 1 kilometer, and you will see 由布岳温泉 on your left. Parking is available on-site, but please note that there may be a small parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach 由布岳温泉 using public transportation, begin at Yufuin Station. Exit the station and look for the bus stop on the main road. Take the local bus heading towards Yufuin Onsen. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Yufuin Onsen' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to 由布岳温泉. Walk along Yufuincho Kawakami, and you will find the onsen on your right side.

If you are already in the Yufuin area and prefer to walk, you can walk to 由布岳温泉 from the center of Yufuin. Start at the Yufuin Tourist Information Center and head southwest on Route 210. After about 2 kilometers, turn right onto Yufuincho Kawakami. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer, and the onsen will be on your left. The walk will take around 30 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
