If you are in the center of St. Clement, head west towards the coast. Follow the main road, Rue de la Mer, until you reach the junction with Rue des Pres. Turn left onto Rue des Pres and continue walking straight. After approximately 1 km, you will see signs for St. Helier. Continue on this road until you reach Phillips Street. Millenium Park is located on Phillips St, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8PJ, right at the junction with the main road.
