Getting There

• Walking

  From Ajloun Castle, head southeast towards the main road. As you exit the castle grounds, you will see a sign for كنيسة سيدة الجبل (Church of Our Lady of the Mountain). Continue walking on the paved path for about 1.5 kilometers. The route is fairly straightforward, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape along the way. After approximately 20-30 minutes of walking, you will reach كنيسة سيدة الجبل (8P4X+MQ7, Ajloun).

• Car

  If you are driving, exit the Ajloun Castle area and turn right onto the main road (Road 35). Drive for about 2 kilometers until you see signs for كنيسة سيدة الجبل. Turn left at the intersection and continue for another kilometer. The church will be on your right. There is usually parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees might apply depending on the time of your visit.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can catch a local minibus from Ajloun Castle to Ajloun city center. Buses typically leave every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the city center, it will take approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to كنيسة سيدة الجبل. Follow the signs towards the church, or ask locals for directions. The total cost of the minibus ride should be around 1-2 Jordanian Dinars.
