From Ajloun Forest Reserve, head south on the main road towards Ajloun city. Follow the signs to the Jerash area. You will merge onto the Al-Hashimi Road (Route 15) heading towards the south. Continue on this road for approximately 50 kilometers. You will pass through the towns of Jerash and eventually reach the Petra area. Once you get closer to Petra, follow the signs to the Petra Visitor Center. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.
