Getting There

    If you are driving, start by heading towards the center of Aqaba. From the Aqaba Marine Park, drive north on Al-Hussein bin Ali St, which will turn into King Abdullah I Street. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with Al-Maqdisi Street, turn left. After about 300 meters, you will see the Aqaba Fort (Aqaba Castle) on your right. There is parking available nearby.

    To get to Aqaba Fort using public transportation, you can take a local bus or taxi from the Aqaba Bus Station. Look for buses heading towards the city center; they will drop you off near the main market area on King Abdullah I Street. From there, walk north along the street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Al-Maqdisi Street. Turn left, and after about 300 meters, you will see the Aqaba Fort on your right. Taxis are also available and can take you directly to the fort.
