From Azraq Castle, head south on the main road (Route 40) towards Al-Azraq. Continue driving for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 30. Turn left onto Route 30 and continue for about 20 kilometers. You will see signs for Qasr Al-Harranah. Turn right when you see the sign and follow the road for 5 kilometers until you arrive at Qasr Al-Harranah. Parking is available on site.
