After approximately 25 kilometers, look for the signs directing you to Dana Biosphere Reserve. The reserve entrance is located just off the main road. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrain, as the final stretch involves winding roads.

To reach Dana Biosphere Reserve via public transportation, you can take a bus from Ma'an to Dana village. Look for the bus station in Ma'an and inquire about buses heading to Dana.
