From Balqa Highlands, head south towards the Dead Sea Highway (Route 65). Follow this route until you reach the junction for Petra. Turn right onto Route 15, which will take you directly towards Petra. Continue on Route 15 until you reach Petra's entrance. From there, you will need to park your car in the designated parking area. The entrance to Petra requires a ticket, which costs around 50 JOD for a one-day entry. After parking, proceed to the Visitor Center and follow the main path into Petra.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Amman to Wadi Musa (the town near Petra). Buses leave regularly from the South Bus Station in Amman.
