Walking
From your accommodation in the Dead Sea area, head towards the main road (Dead Sea Highway). Walk towards the north until you reach the Dead Sea Highway (also known as Highway 65), which should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you reach the highway, look for signposts indicating the direction to Ma'in. Continue walking for about 30-40 minutes along the highway, keeping an eye out for the turn-off towards Ma'in Valley. The scenic views along the way will enhance your journey.
Public Transport
If you prefer public transport, you can take a local bus from the Dead Sea area to Madaba. Buses typically depart from various points within the Dead Sea resort area. Ask locals or your hotel staff for the nearest bus stop. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Ma'in. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Upon reaching Ma'in, you might need to walk a short distance to get to the Ma'in Valley view, which is near a notable viewpoint. Follow local signs or ask locals for directions if needed.
