Walking
If you're already in the city center of Jerash, start at the main entrance of the Jerash Archaeological Park. Head north on the main road, which is called the King Abdullah II Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Temple of Zeus. You will see signs directing you to the temple. Turn left onto the side road and walk straight for about 500 meters. The Temple of Zeus will be on your right, prominently situated atop a small hill with a stunning view of the surroundings.
Public Transport
From the city center, walk to the nearest bus stop on King Abdullah II Street. Look for a minibus heading towards the Jerash Archaeological Park. Board the minibus and inform the driver that you want to visit the Temple of Zeus. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can either walk uphill towards the temple, which is about a 15-minute walk from the entrance, or you can ask the park staff for guidance on shuttle services, if available.
Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can find a taxi service in the city center. Simply approach a taxi and tell the driver you want to go to the Temple of Zeus. It’s about a 5-minute ride from the city center. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start your journey. The taxi will drop you off near the entrance of the temple area, from where you can easily walk to the temple itself.
