If you are at the Jerash Archaeological Site entrance, exit the site and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing the local shops and cafes on your right. You will see a sign for the Umayyad Residences after approximately 700 meters. Follow the sign, which will lead you down a small pathway towards the residences.

From the Jerash City Center, head north on the main street. After about 15 minutes, turn right when you reach the intersection with a local market on your left. Continue straight for another 5-10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Umayyad Residences, which will be on your left.

Take a local bus from the Jerash bus station heading towards the archaeological site. It will drop you off near the entrance of the site. From there, follow the walking directions provided above (walking from the archaeological site entrance) to reach the Umayyad Residences.
