At the entrance, you will need to purchase your ticket to enter the archaeological site. Once you enter, follow the main path leading towards The Treasury, which is approximately a 30-minute walk through the stunning Siq, a narrow gorge that leads to the monument.

From Ma'an, you can take a bus to Petra. Head to the Ma'an bus station located near the city center. Look for a bus heading to Wadi Musa (the town adjacent to Petra).
