Walking
From the center of Madaba, head south on King Abdullah Street towards the Church of St. George. After exploring the church, continue south until you reach the main road (the Dead Sea Road). Turn left onto the Dead Sea Road and walk for approximately 2 km. You will start seeing signs for Wadi Mujib. Follow the signs until you reach the entrance, which will be on your left. The walk will take around 30-40 minutes.
Bus
From Madaba, head to the bus station located on King Abdullah Street. Look for buses heading towards the Dead Sea or Sweimeh. Board the bus, which should take you directly along the Dead Sea Road. Inform the driver that you are going to Wadi Mujib. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive, walk a short distance to the entrance of Wadi Mujib, which is well-marked.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Madaba. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Wadi Mujib located on the Dead Sea Road in Sweimeh. The taxi ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
