To reach Wadi Rum Protected Area from Mujib Nature Reserve by car, head south on the Dead Sea Highway (Route 65). Continue on this highway for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Route 15. Turn left onto Route 15 and continue for about 25 kilometers until you reach the town of Rum.
