    Walking

    Start your journey at the main entrance of Petra, known as the Visitor Center. From the Visitor Center, proceed through the Siq, which is a narrow gorge that leads you to the ancient city. Once you emerge from the Siq, you will find yourself in front of the iconic Treasury. Take a moment to enjoy the view. After visiting the Treasury, continue straight ahead along the main path. Walk past the Street of Facades on your right side and keep moving forward. You will soon reach the Theater, which is on your left. From the Theater, ascend the path that leads to the Royal Tombs area. Continue your ascent, and after approximately 20-30 minutes, you will notice a well-trodden trail that veers off to the right. Follow this trail, and it will take you to the Lookout Point. The viewpoint offers stunning panoramic views of Petra and the surrounding landscape.
