Starting from the Petra Visitor Center, exit the center and head towards the main entrance of Petra. Follow the main path, known as the Siq, which will lead you into the archaeological site. As you walk through the Siq, enjoy the towering rock formations and ancient carvings. Once you reach the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), continue walking straight. After the Treasury, take the path on your left that leads towards the Street of Facades, where you can see various tombs and monuments. Keep walking until you reach the end of the Street of Facades, then turn right towards the Colonnade Street. Continue along Colonnade Street until you see signs for the Winged Lion Temple. Follow the signs and the path will lead you to the temple area, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the Colonnade.
