Car
If you are traveling by car from the Southern Jordan Valley, make your way to the main highway, the Desert Highway (Highway 15). Drive north until you reach the turnoff for Jerash (follow signs for Jerash). Once on the road to Jerash, continue until you reach the town. The Jerash Visitor Center is located at the address 7VGR+9HJ, Jerash. There is parking available near the center. Please note that there may be a parking fee.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus or microbus from Amman to Jerash. Buses depart from the northern bus station in Amman. The fare is usually around 1-2 JD. Once you arrive in Jerash, you can walk or take a taxi to the Jerash Visitor Center, which is approximately 1 km from the bus station. The taxi fare should be around 1 JD.
Taxi
If you prefer a direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in the Southern Jordan Valley directly to the Jerash Visitor Center. This option is more expensive, typically costing between 15 to 25 JD depending on your starting point. Ensure that you negotiate the fare before starting your trip.
