If you have a rental car, you can easily reach Arbel Fortress and Caves from Um Qais. Start by leaving Um Qais and head south on the main road. Follow signs for Route 65 heading towards the Jordan Valley. After approximately 15-20 minutes of driving, you will reach a junction. Take the exit for Route 77 towards Tiberias. Continue on Route 77 until you reach the sign for Arbel, which will be on your right. Follow the signs leading you to the Arbel National Park entrance. There may be a small entrance fee (approximately 10 shekels) for accessing the site. Once inside, follow the marked trails to reach the Fortress and Caves.

To reach Arbel Fortress and Caves using public transportation, first, you will need to take a bus from Um Qais to Tiberias. Check the local bus schedule at the Um Qais bus station. Once you arrive in Tiberias, you can transfer to a local bus or taxi that heads towards Mount Arbel. Buses that go to the Mount Arbel area are generally available, but it's advisable to confirm the routes and schedules with the driver or at the bus station. Upon reaching the Mount Arbel area, there may be a short walk to the entrance of the National Park. Be prepared for a possible entrance fee of around 10 shekels.
