Walking
If you are starting from the Umm Qais Archaeological Site, exit the site and head south along the main pathway leading out of the site. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main road (Route 67). Turn right onto Route 67 and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to Emek HaYarden. Once you reach the intersection with Emek HaYarden, turn left, and the entrance to Capharnaum will be a short walk ahead on your right.

If you prefer to take a taxi, you can request one from your location in Umm Qais. Simply inform the driver that you would like to go to Capharnaum, Emek HaYarden. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your ride.

For those who wish to ride a bicycle, you can rent one from local shops in Umm Qais. Start by heading out towards Route 67, then turn right and pedal for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Emek HaYarden. Turn left at the intersection, and Capharnaum will be on your right after a short ride.
