Dine on a Combo Druze Culinary and History Tour
Close Encounters with Places and People From the Druze Villages
I can't stop raving about the trip I took with Simon to the Druzes Villages in Israel. We got to see and speak with courageous and interesting people from the villages. The lunch was such a treat. Simon's explanations were right on spot, not too much talking, just enough to keep a person with ADHD focused. Looking forward to my next trip with Simon.

Culinary Day Tour of the Galilee
Wonderful culinary tour in northern Israel
My family - ages 10-86 - spent a wonderful day with Paul in the Galilee, learning about the amazing diversity of foods and cultures in the area. We visited a local market, flour mill, coffee roasters, olive grove, and goat cheese farm, and sampled excellent food at each location. For us, the highlight was lunch with a Druze family who generously welcomed us into their beautiful home and cooked one of the best meals we've ever eaten! I'd highly recommend this tour.

Private 2 Hours Authentic Levantine Vegetarian Cooking Workshop
Learn the basics of preparing delicious local flavor!
The staff at Al Hakim made our workshop a wonderful experience! We were a group of 16 and they had no problem accommodating us. We all had something to do and plenty of opportunity to try different things. The menu had a good variety for us to learn traditional recipes, which were shared with us to take home. The result was delicious and plentiful! Everyone in our group had only positive things to say about the experience. This is one that I highly recommend!
