From Wadi Ghuweir, head south on the main road towards Wadi Rum. Follow the signs for Wadi Rum, which will guide you to Route 15. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Wadi Rum Protected Area. There may be a small entrance fee (around 5 JOD, subject to change) to enter the protected area. Once inside, follow the main road until you reach the area near Siq Um Al Tawaqi. The Giant Stone Head is located at GPS coordinates 29.6151903, 35.4863304, which you can enter into your GPS device for precise navigation.

Public Transportation
From Wadi Ghuweir, take a local bus or shared taxi to Wadi Rum village. The fare should be around 2-3 JOD. Once in Wadi Rum village, you will need to hire a local jeep tour to take you into the desert towards The Giant Stone Head. Jeep tours typically start at around 25 JOD per person for a half-day trip, and you should confirm the destination with the driver to ensure you are going to The Giant Stone Head. The drive will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the route taken.
