After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to the Wadi Rum Protected Area. Continue following the marked trails that lead further into the desert landscape. Look for signs that point towards صخره الغول (Rock of the Ghoul). The path will take you through stunning landscapes, so take your time to enjoy the views. After approximately 1 hour of walking, you should start to see features of the صخره الغول in the distance. Follow the natural rock formations and keep heading in the direction of the towering cliffs until you arrive at the base of the صخره الغول.
Guided Tour
If you prefer a more structured experience, consider booking a guided tour from Wadi Rum Village. Many local guides offer tours specifically to صخره الغول and can provide transportation on foot or via camel. Start at your accommodation in the village and ask your host to arrange a tour.
